Examples of our meals:

  • Lentil and vegetable stew with whole grain rice
  • Chickpea curry with potatoes and spinach
  • Vegan chili with black beans and brown rice
  • Hearty mushroom and barley soup with fresh bread

We also provide warm herbal teas, fruit, and whole grain snacks whenever possible.
